线粒体自噬与儿童阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停并认知障碍关系的研究进展

摘要 阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停(OSA)已成为影响儿童身心健康的重大公共卫生问题,在儿童生长发育过程中,其会抑制代谢、心血管、免疫系统的正常发育,尤其在神经、认知功能方面造成长远影响。儿童OSA的典型特征慢性间歇性缺氧被认为是引起认知障碍的主要原因,其可引起线粒体功能障碍,导致大量活性氧形成。而线粒体自噬作为一种特异性降解线粒体的选择性自噬过程,是消除受损线粒体和维持细胞平衡的重要机制,与线粒体对缺氧的适应性密切相关。本文围绕线粒体自噬与儿童OSA并认知障碍关系的研究进展进行综述,以期为该领域未来研究方向提供新思路。 Obstructive sleep apnea(OSA)has become a major public health problem which affects children's physical and mental health,it can inhibit the normal development of the metabolic,cardiovascular,and immune systems during the process of children's growth and development,especially causing long-term effects on neurological and cognitive functions.Chronic intermittent hypoxia,a typical feature of OSA in children,is considered to be the main cause of cognitive dysfunction,which can cause mitochondrial dysfunction and lead to the formation of large amounts of reactive oxygen species.And mitophagy,as a selective autophagic process that specifically degrades mitochondria,is an important mechanism for eliminating damaged mitochondria and maintaining cellular homeostasis,which is closely related to mitochondrial adaptation to hypoxia.This article reviews the research progress of relationship between mitophagy and OSA and cognitive dysfunction in children,in order to provide new ideas for future research directions in this field.
