体教融合视域下我国青少年体育竞赛发展研究

Development of Chinese Youth Sports Competition from the Perspective of the Integration of Sports and Education

运用文献资料、逻辑分析等方法,探究新时期我国青少年体育竞赛发展的价值、困境,并提出策略。价值:挖掘竞赛内在育人功能,促进人的全面发展;通过竞赛丰富校园活动,推动学校体育工作;借助竞赛撬动人才培养,夯实竞技体育发展。困境:竞赛目标旨向存在分化差异,竞赛协同联动作用发挥不足,竞赛制度建设需进一步完善。策略:坚持人本竞赛观念,形成共同育人目标;整合各类竞赛资源,发挥协同联动作用;健全竞赛制度体系,推动政策高效执行。

By using the methods of literature review and logical analysis,this paper probed into the value and dilemma of the development of Chinese youth sports competition in the new era,and put forward strategies.Value:It excavates the inner education function of competition to promote the all-round development of people,enriches campus activities through competitions to promote school sports work,and leverages talent training through competition to compel the development of competitive sports.Dilemma:The purpose of the competition goal is differentiated,the synergy effect of competition is not sufficiently played,and the construction of competition system needs to be further perfected.Strategy:We should adhere to the people-oriented competition concept to form a unified educational goal,integrate all kinds of competition resources to play a synergistic role,and improve the competition system to promote efficient implementation of policies.
