智能电气自动化设备远程监控系统设计

摘要 文章设计了智能电气自动化设备远程监控系统,以提升设备的智能化水平和管理效率。系统采用了工业互联网架构,融合物联网、边缘计算、大数据等技术,从数据采集、故障诊断和远程控制方面入手,构建了一套集成的智能监控解决方案。通过对系统的全面测试与验证,证实该系统能够有效实现设备运行状态的实时感知、故障的智能诊断以及设备的远程管控,整体性能达到预期设计目标。研究表明,工业互联网技术与电气自动化设备的深度融合,可显著提升设备的智能化水平,为排水管理领域的数字化、智能化转型提供有力支撑。 This paper designs and implements a remote monitoring system for intelligent electrical automation equipment to improve the intelligent level and management efficiency of the equipment.The system adopts the industrial Internet architecture,integrates the Internet of Things,edge computing,big data and other technologies,and builds a set of integrated intelligent monitoring solutions from the aspects of data acquisition,fault diagnosis and remote control.Through the comprehensive test and verification of the system,it is proved that the system can effectively realize the real-time perception of equipment operating status,intelligent fault diagnosis and remote control of equipment,and the overall performance reaches the expected design goal.The research shows that the deep integration of industrial Internet technology and electrical automation equipment can significantly improve the intelligent level of equipment,and provide strong support for the digital and intelligent transformation in the field of drainage management.
