城市供热网络智能调控系统的开发与试验研究

摘要 文章开发一套智能调控技术,以优化城市供热网络的能效和响应速度,解决传统供热系统中存在的效率低下和能源浪费问题。设计了一个包含数据采集、模型预测控制和优化算法的智能调控系统架构。通过试验模拟城市供热网络的运行,收集和分析供热数据,验证所开发系统的性能。试验在控制试验室环境下进行,使用高精度传感器和数据记录设备。试验结果表明,智能调控系统能显著提高热能利用率和系统响应速度。与传统控制系统相比,智能调控系统在热能供应效率上提高了约15%,并且能够更快地适应外部温度变化和用户需求。成功开发的智能调控系统为城市供热网络提供了一种有效的优化方案,具有显著的节能效果和应用潜力。未来工作将集中在进一步提升系统的智能化水平和适应性,拓展其在更广泛城市基础设施中的应用。 This paper develops a set of intelligent control technology to optimize the energy efficiency and response speed of urban heating network,and solve the problems of inefficiency and energy waste in traditional heating system.An intelligent control system architecture including data acquisition,model predictive control and optimization algorithm is designed.By simulating the operation of urban heating network,the heating data is collected and analyzed to verify the performance of the developed system.The experiments were conducted in a controlled laboratory environment using high-precision sensors and data recording equipment.The experimental results show that the intelligent control system can significantly improve the utilization rate of heat energy and the system response speed.Compared with traditional control systems,the intelligent control system improves the efficiency of heat supply by about 15%,and can adapt to external temperature changes and user needs more quickly.The successfully developed intelligent control system provides an effective optimization scheme for urban heating network,which has remarkable energy-saving effect and application potential.Future work will focus on further improving the intelligence level and adaptability of the system,and expanding its application in a wider range of urban infrastructure.
