摘要
文章探索了基于BIM技术的换流阀设备的可视化装配应用,从换流阀安装全生命周期(如设计、分析、施工及运维等方面)入手,提出了一种可视化的换流阀装配解决方案。经过测算,利用BIM技术开展可视化装配,动态分配施工人员和调整工序,换流阀在换流站阀厅装配速度可由原来的40人/d完成一个阀塔提升至24人/d,效率提升40%。
This technical advantage can be applied to the installation of converter valve equipment.This paper explores the visual assembly application of converter valve equipment based on BIM technology.Starting from the whole life cycle of converter valve installation(such as design,analysis,construction and operation and maintenance),a visual converter valve assembly solution is proposed.After calculation,BIM technology is used to carry out visual assembly,dynamically allocate construction personnel and adjust procedures,and the assembly speed of converter valve in the valve hall of the converter station is increased from the original 40 people/d to complete a valve tower to 24 people/d,and the efficiency is increased by 40%.
