摘要
针对水平运输机车的研制、开发和测试,提出一种基于ADVISOR二次开发的仿真测试方法。通过分析机车的构造和特性,建立其蓄电池、电动机、传动系统及整车仿真模型,并根据机车运行工况数据建立特有的实际工况模型。使用机车实际模型对ADVISOR软件进行针对性开发,得到与实际效果相一致的机车性能模拟分析结果。该方法可为机车的研制和开发提供数据支撑和超前的模拟评价分析,缩短机车的研发周期,降低开发成本。
In response to the research,development and test of the transport traction locomotives,an improved simalation method based on ADVISOR is proposed.The simulation models of the battery,motor,transmission system and whole vehicle are established by analyzing the locomotives’structures and characteristics.According to the real operation condition data,the specific actual working model is introduced.The ADVIOSR is redeveloped by using the real models,the simulation results are consistent with the actual results.This method can provide data support and advanced simulation analysis for the research and develop of locomotives,and reduce the costs.
