华龙一号堆芯换料模拟操作系统的研究与应用

摘要 文章旨在探讨华龙一号核电站堆芯换料模拟操作系统的设计、开发及应用。华龙一号是我国自主研发的第三代核电技术,其堆芯换料操作直接关联到核电站的安全稳定运行和核燃料的有效利用。为确保换料过程中的操作安全、精确无误,对操作人员的培训至关重要。文章介绍了一种基于虚幻引擎的高级模拟系统,该系统能够精确展示换料操作的主要步骤,并同时模拟换料过程中可能出现的异常情况,如燃料组件剐蹭等危险行为的判断与处理。 The purpose of this study is to discuss the design,development and application of the core refuelling operation simulation system for Hualong No.1 nuclear power Plant.Hualong One is the third generation nuclear power technology independently developed by China,and its core refuelling operation is directly related to the safe and stable operation of nuclear power plants and the effective utilization of nuclear fuel.Therefore,to ensure that the refuelling process is safe and accurate,the training of operators is crucial.In this paper,an advanced simulation system based on Unreal Engine is introduced in detail,which can accurately show the main steps of refuelling operation,and simulate the abnormal conditions that may occur during refuelling,such as the judgment and treatment of dangerous behaviors such as fuel assembly grinding.
