职普融通背景下综合高中发展的逻辑向度、现实堵点与创新路径

摘要 职普融通背景下发展综合高中的逻辑向度主要有三个方面,在历史逻辑上,是深植中国特色综合高中办学传统的延续;在比较逻辑上,是对国际先进综合高中办学经验的借鉴;在现实逻辑上,是缓解职普割裂局面的必然选择。以价值导向、功能定位、内在结构、制度保障为基本维度,研判当下综合高中发展的现实堵点,即社会认可与政策引领不足、办学方向与育人目标模糊、课程互融与师资互通困难、经费投入不足与招生考试制度滞后等。应从政策引领、目标聚焦、结构重塑、制度完善四个方面,探索职普融通背景下综合高中发展的创新路径,即通过加快优化顶层设计,构建完善的法律政策体系;深化职普融通,凸显综合性办学特色;优化课程与师资设置,满足学生个性化需求;完善配套的体制机制,强化外部制度保障支撑等,助力综合高中走好职普融通、可持续、高质量发展道路。 The logic of developing comprehensive high school in the context of the integration between vocational education and general education has three main aspects:in the historical logic,it is the continuation of the tradition of operating comprehensive high school with Chinese characteristics;in the comparative logic,it is a reference to the international experience in managing advanced comprehensive high school;and in the realistic logic,it is an inevitable choice to address the division between vocational education and general education.By taking value orientation,functional positioning,internal structure and institutional guarantee as the basic dimensions,this study analyzes and evaluates the current challenges faced by comprehensive high school in their development.These challenges include insufficient social recognition and policy guidance,ambiguous educational direction and goals,intertwined curricula with difficulties in teacher interoperability,and lagging financial investment,enrollment,and examination systems.It is suggested to explore the innovative path of comprehensive high school development in the context of the integration between vocational education and general education from four aspects,by accelerating and optimizing the top-level design,constructing a perfect legal and policy system;deepening the integration between vocational education and general education,highlighting the characteristics of comprehensive school running;optimizing the curricula and teacher settings to meet the personalized needs of students;perfecting the supporting institutions and mechanisms,strengthening the support of external institutional safeguards to help comprehensive high school take the road of integration between vocational education and general education,sustainability and high-quality development.
