摘要
在新时代,培养适应新质生产力的人才需要加强职业行动能力评价,职业教育高质量发展需要加强建构性评价,职业院校开展项目式教学需要加强过程性评价。当下,传统职业教育学习评价不适应新的变革需求的矛盾突出,如不能满足技能测评需求、不符合跨界性本质要求、无法提供质量评估服务等。面向未来,职业教育应在评价理念、评价内容、评价方法、评价主体四个维度实现全面转向,如确立从外部证实走向自我诊断的评价理念、从理论认知走向情境性任务的评价内容、从实证主义走向混合式评价方法、从单一权威走向协商共建的评价格局,从而深化职业教育领域评价改革,彰显新时代职业教育类型特色。
In the new era,the cultivation of talents adapted to the new quality productivity needs to strengthen the evaluation of vocational action ability,the high-quality development of vocational education needs to strengthen the constructive evaluation,and vocational colleges need to strengthen the process evaluation to carry out project-based teaching.At present,the traditional vocational education learning evaluation does not adapt to the new demand for change,for example,it cannot meet the demand for skill assessment,does not meet the essential requirement of cross-boundary,and cannot provide quality assessment services.Facing the future,vocational education should realize a comprehensive shift in the four dimensions of evaluation concept,evaluation content,evaluation method and evaluation subject,such as,establishing the evaluation concept from external confirmation to self-diagnosis,the evaluation content from theoretical cognition to situational tasks,the evaluation method from positivism to hybrid evaluation method,and the evaluation pattern from a single authority to consultation and co-construction.Thus,the evaluation reform in the field of vocational education will be deepened and the characteristics of the type of vocational education in the new era will be manifested.
