摘要
嵌入性理论视角下,对职业教育国家级教学成果奖培育的互嵌境遇进行审思,发现存在完成主体倾斜、建设主体缺位、成果主题同质化、制度保障缺失等方面的多重脱嵌。为了保持教学成果培育的耦合再嵌,一是缩小地区差异,加强团队建设;二是统筹权责关系,明确建设宗旨;三是明确区域定位,推进内涵建设;四是规范制度保障,深化成果推广。
From the perspective of embeddedness theory,this paper critically reflects the situation of mutual embeddedness in the cultivation of national teaching achievement awards in vocational education,and finds that there are multiple aspects of detachment,such as the imbalance in completion entities,the absence of construction subjects,the homogenization of achievement themes,and the lack of institutional guarantees.In order to maintain the coupling and embedding of teaching achievement cultivation,firstly,it is necessary to narrow regional differences and strengthen team building;secondly,harmonize the distribution of powers and responsibilities;thirdly,clarify regional positioning and promote connotation construction;lastly,stand-ardize institutional guarantees and deepen the promotion of achievements.
