摘要
为掌握红花香椿(Toona fargesii)的生长特性与遗传变异规律,开展了优树子代测定试验,基于3种不同方法综合评价试验结果,筛选高遗传增益的优良家系推广利用,为红花香椿的选择和应用提供理论依据。结果显示:红花香椿自由授粉子代家系试验林2 a生时树高、地径和保存率均值为1.39 m、4.32 cm和89.0%,变异系数分别为29.1%、25.5%和16.0%;红花香椿家系试验林在树高和地径性状的区组间、家系间和家系×区组间差异都达到极显著水平,保存率在区组间和家系间差异达到极显著水平。红花香椿试验林的3个性状在家系水平上受到中等强度及以上的遗传控制(为0.44~0.79),采用聚类分析法、基因型分组法、BLUP育种值法3种方法进行对比选择分析,以25%的入选率初步筛选了3个红花香椿优良家系,可用于进一步育种研究。
In order to understand the growth characteristics and genetic variation patterns of Toona fargesii,a test was conducted to determine the offspring of superior trees.Based on the three breeding value method,the results of the test were comprehensively evaluated,and excellent families with high genetic gain were screened for promotion and utilization,providing a theoretical basis for the selection and application of Toona fargesii.The results showed that the average tree height,ground diameter,and preservation rate of the experimental forest of Toona fargesii open-pollinated families tested at 2 years old were 1.39 m,4.32 cm,and 89.0%,with phenotypic variation coefficients of 29.1%,25.5%,and 16.0%respectively;The inter group,inter family,and inter family伊inter group differences in tree height and diameter traits in the experimental forest of the Chinese toon family have reached extremely significant levels,and the preservation rate has reached extremely significant levels among inter group and inter family differences.The three traits of the experimental forest of Toona fargesii toon were subjected to moderate or higher genetic control at the family level(0.44~0.79).Cluster analysis,genotype grouping,and BLUP breeding value method were used for comparative selection analysis.Three excellent Toona fargesii families were preliminarily screened with a 25%selection rate,which can be used for go a steppromotion and genetic breeding research.
