建构中国公共管理自主知识体系需要将分析论域拓展至中国特色社会主义制度情境之中,以基于中国场景的知识生产、增长以及整合为目标。中国特色社会主义制度蕴含着多面向的社会主义价值,其所适配的本体论、认识论以及方法论是内在统一的。在进一步全面深化改革、推进中国式现代化进程中建构中国公共管理自主知识体系,需要以制度本体论引领自主知识体系的建构、强化制度认识论与自主知识体系的双向赋能关系、聚焦制度方法论对于完善自主知识体系的助推作用,从而夯实中国公共管理自主知识体系建构的制度基础。

The construction of China’s autonomous knowledge system of public administration requires the expansion of the analytical domain to the context of the socialist institution with Chinese characteristics,with the goal of knowledge production,growth and integration based on the Chinese scenario.The socialist institution with Chinese characteristics contains multi-faceted socialist values,and its adapted ontology,epistemology and methodology are inherently unified.In the process of further deepening reform comprehensively and promoting Chinese-style modernization,the construction of China’s autonomous knowledge system of public administration needs to be guided by institutional ontology,the two-way empowering relationship between institutional epistemology and autonomous knowledge system needs to be strengthened,and the boosting role of institutional methodology in improving the autonomous knowledge system needs to be focused on,so as to consolidate the institutional foundation for the construction of China’s autonomous knowledge system of public administration.
