摘要
为了探讨新一轮审核评估视角下应用型大学师资队伍建设的问题与对策,首先分析新一轮审核评估对教师师德师风、教学能力及教育理念等方面的要求,指出当前应用型大学师资队伍建设在人才引进、实践教学、“双师型”教师培养机制及教师评价体系等方面存在的问题;其次,从加强“双师型”教师培养、深化产教融合、构建教师培育体系、促进跨学科团队建设、引进高层次人才等方面,构建了应用型大学师资队伍体系;最后,提出了应用型大学师资队伍建设举措。
To explore the issues and solutions regarding faculty team in application-oriented universities from the perspective of the new round of audit evaluation,this paper first analyzes the new audit evaluation’s requirements on teachers’professional ethics,teaching abilities,and educational philosophy,and identifies the existing problems in faculty development in application-oriented universities,including talent introduction,practical teaching,cultivation mechanism of“dual-qualified”teachers,and the teacher evaluation system.Then it constructs a faculty team framework for application-oriented universities by focusing on enhancing the training of“dual-qualified”teachers,deepening industry-education integration,establishing a teacher cultivation system,promoting interdisciplinary team-building,and attracting high-level talent.Finally,the paper proposes specific suggestions for improving faculty team in application-oriented universities.
