目前,经皮冠脉介入术是临床用于救治冠心病的重要手段,药物洗脱支架及药物涂层球囊为目前冠心病的重要治疗工具。其中,药物是降低血管内再狭窄发生率的核心,受关注较多的是雷帕霉素和紫杉醇。文章对雷帕霉素与紫杉醇在冠心病介入治疗技术上的应用情况进行综述。

At present,percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)is an important means for clinical treatment of coronary heart disease.Drug coated stents(DES)and drug coated balloons(DCB)are important treatment tools for coronary heart disease.Among them,drugs are the core factor in reducing the incidence of intravascular restenosis,with rapamycin and paclitaxel receiving more attention.This article will review the application of rapamycin and paclitaxel in interventional treatment of coronary heart disease.
