CS-5100全自动血凝仪检验凝血功能异常的精确性——以慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者为例

摘要 目的:分析希森美康CS-5100全自动血凝仪检验凝血功能异常的精确性。方法:选择在2020年8月~2023年8月接受希森美康CS-5100全自动血凝仪检测的81例慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者作为研究对象,分析希森美康CS-5100全自动血凝仪的临床检验性能。结果:此次检验的项目有D-二聚体、纤维蛋白原、空腹血糖、活化部分凝血活酶时间、凝血酶原时间、凝血酶时间,在批间、批内精密度验证测试中,仪器检验符合厂家的参考范围标准,变异系数均能<10.00%。厂家的携带污染率≤10.00%,符合厂家的定值标准,验证均能通过。结论:应用希森美康CS-5100全自动血凝仪对检测活化部分凝血活酶时间、凝血酶时间、凝血酶原时间等凝血指标的精密度较好,可以为医师诊治疾病及预后恢复效果评估提供参考依据,仪器具有较为理想的检验精密度,可为指标检测带来准确的结果。 Objective:To analyze the accuracy of HISENMECON CS-5100 automatic hemagglutination instrument in detecting abnormal coagulation function.Methods:81 patients who were diagnosed by HISSMECOM CS-5100 automatic hemagglutination instrument from August 2020 to August 2023 were selected as the research objects,and the clinical test performance of HISSMECOM CS-5100 automatic hemagglutination.Results:The items tested this time include D-D(D dimer),Fib(fibrinogen),FBG(fasting blood glucose),APTT(activated partial thromboplastin time),PT(prothrombin time)and TT(thrombin time).In the inter-batch and intra-batch precision verification tests,the instrument met the manufacturer’s reference range standards,and the CV was all less than 10.00%.The manufacturer’s carrying pollution rate was≤10.00%,which meets the manufacturer’s fixed value standard and can pass the verification.Conclusion:The application of HISENMECON CS-5100 automatic hemagglutination instrument has a good precision in detecting APTT,TT,PT and other coagulation indexes,which can provide a reference for doctors to evaluate the effect of diagnosis and treatment of disease and prognosis recovery.The instrument has ideal inspection precision and can bring accurate results for index detection.
