无创呼吸机辅助治疗老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭患者临床研究

Clinical Study of Non-Invasive Ventilator Assisted Treatment of Elderly Patients with COPD TypeⅡRespiratory Failure

目的:研究老年慢阻肺Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭患者采用无创呼吸机辅助治疗的临床效果。方法:选择2018年1月~2021年12月社区卫生服务中心80例老年慢阻肺Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组病例各40例。对照组采用常规治疗,观察组加用无创呼吸机辅助治疗。对两组治疗效果进行评估,并检测对比血气指标、肺功能指标。结果:治疗后,与对照组相比,观察组总有效率更高(P<0.05);两组血气分析指标对比,存在明显差异性(P<0.05);观察组肺功能指标均高于对照组,差异性显著(P<0.05)。结论:老年慢阻肺Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭患者临床治疗中采用无创呼吸机辅助治疗效果确切,能改善肺功能,调节血气分析指标。

Objective:To study the clinical effect of non-invasive ventilator assisted treatment in elderly patients with COPD typeⅡrespiratory failure.Methods:A total of 80 elderly patients with COPD typeⅡrespiratory failure in community health service centers from January 2018 to December 2021 were selected as the study objects and divided into conventional group and observation group according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The conventional group received routine treatment,and the observation group received non-invasive ventilator.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was evaluated,and blood gas index and lung function index were compared.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the conventional group(P<0.05).There were significant differences in blood gas analysis indexes between the two groups(P<0.05).The pulmonary function indexes in observation group were higher than those in conventional group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of non-invasive ventilator in the clinical treatment of elderly patients with COPD typeⅡrespiratory failure is accurate,which can improve lung function and adjust blood gas analysis index.
