腹腔镜超声引导的肝脏肿瘤射频消融治疗研究进展

Research Progress on Ultrasound-Guided Radiofrequency Ablation Therapy for Liver Tumors

作为治疗肝脏肿瘤的一种标准方法,射频消融治疗的切除效果和手术较为相似,且具有更高的安全性,对于根治性切除难度较大的晚期肝脏肿瘤,射频消融治疗安全性与效果也备受肯定,超声引导下射频消融治疗肝脏肿瘤的应用价值较高,是一种新型的肝脏肿瘤治疗方式,疗效较好,局部消融治疗具有安全性高、微创、肝组织损伤小等优势。对切除难度较大的肝脏肿瘤、肿瘤与肝内管道系统相接近、并发肝硬化门静脉高压病症等,超声引导射频消融治疗效果非常好。本文基于超声引导下的射频消融治疗肝脏肿瘤现状、禁忌证与适应证,分析射频消融在肝脏肿瘤治疗中的应用现状与研究进展。

As a standard method for treating liver tumors,radiofrequency ablation has a similar resection effect and higher safety compared to surgery.For advanced liver tumors with greater difficulty in radical resection,the safety and effectiveness of radiofrequency ablation treatment are also highly recognized.Ultrasound guided radiofrequency ablation treatment of liver tumors has high application value and is a new type of liver tumor treatment with good efficacy,local ablation therapy has advantages such as high safety,minimally invasive,and minimal liver tissue damage.Ultrasound guided radiofrequency ablation has a very good effect on difficult liver tumors,tumors that are close to the intrahepatic duct system,and concurrent liver cirrhosis and portal hypertension.This article is based on the current status,contraindications,and indications of ultrasound-guided radiofrequency ablation for liver tumors,and analyzes the application status and research progress of radiofrequency ablation in the treatment of liver tumors.
