医用耗材使用合理性管理方法探讨

Discussion on the Rational Management Method of Medical Consumables Use

目的:探讨医用耗材使用合理性管理的方法,以期为今后医用耗材的管理提供参考。方法:笔者所在医院于2021年1月开展分类编码的耗材管理模式,分别选取2020年度、2021年度全年的医用耗材使用情况数据进行统计分析,评估分类编码耗材管理模式在工作中的应用效果。结果:2021年第三季度、第四季度的百元医用耗材使用占比分别为24.60%、18.40%,均分别低于2020年的26.00%、26.30%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与2020年度相比,2021年度医用耗材的总金额增加了21.20%,高值耗材金额增加了40.40%,高值耗材品种数量增加了4.50%。针对每个季度抽取的300例医用耗材进行比较后,2021年度的第一季度、第二季度、第三季度、第四季度的使用不合理率分别为14.00%、12.70%、11.70%、7.00%,均分别低于2020年度的19.00%、18.70%、18.70%、18.70%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:通过分类编码进行医用耗材管理,能够有效控制百元医用耗材的使用占比,便于对各类耗材进行管控,还能提升医用耗材的总收入,降低医用耗材的不合理使用率。

Objective:To explore the rational management of medical consumables in order to provide reference for the future management of medical consumables.Methods:The hospital where the author works carried out the consumables management mode of classified coding in January 2021,and selected the usage data of medical consumables in 2020 and 2021 for statistical analysis,so as to evaluate the application effect of the management mode of classified coding consumables in work.Results:In the third and fourth quarters of 2021,the proportion of 100 yuan medical consumables was 24.60%and 18.40%respectively,lower than 26.00%and 26.30%in 2020 respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with 2020,the total amount of medical consumables in 2021 increased by 21.20%,the amount of high-value consumables increased by 40.40%,and the number of high-value consumables increased by 4.50%.After comparing 300 medical consumables selected in each quarter,the unreasonable rates of use in the first,second,third and fourth quarters of 2021 were,14.00%,12.70%,11.70%and 7.00%respectively,which were lower than19.00%,18.70%,18.70%and 18.70%in 2020,respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The management of medical consumables through classified coding can effectively control the proportion of 100 yuan of medical consumables,facilitate the control of all kinds of consumables,improve the total income of medical consumables,and reduce the unreasonable utilization rate of medical consumables.
