风险管理在急救呼吸机维护与维修中的应用效果研究

Study on the Application Effect of Risk Management in the Maintenance and Repair of Emergency Ventilator

目的:分析急救呼吸机维护与维修中采用风险管理的效果。方法:选择上海市浦东新区周浦医院2021年1月~2022年6月院内54台急救呼吸机为对象,随机数字抽签分组将其划分为对照组(27台)与观察组(27台),分别采用常规管理、风险管理,比较不同管理模式下急救呼吸机通气性能参数、故障发生率、科室对呼吸机维护与维修满意度评分。结果:观察组与对照组急救呼吸机通气性能参数(PIP、RR、PEEP、VT、FiO2)组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组气源不足、监测系统异常、急救呼吸机保险丝弹出、潮气量异常、报警以及显示屏黑屏等故障发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);科室对风险管理模式下急救呼吸机维护与维修管理的满意度(94.69±4.61)分高于对照组的(89.39±5.61)分,差异有统计学意义(t=4.369,P<0.05)。结论:风险管理能确保急救呼吸机的通气性能,降低临床急救呼吸机故障发生率,提升临床科室医务人员满意度,临床医疗设备维护与维修中综合应用价值更高。

Objective:Analyze the effect of risk management in maintenance and maintenance of emergency ventilator.Methods:54 emergency ventilators in Zhoupu Hospital,Pudong New Area,Shanghai from January 2021 to June 2022,random numbers divided into control group(27)and observation group(27),adopt conventional management and risk management,compare the parameters of ventilation,failure rate,department satisfaction score for ventilator maintenance and maintenance under different management modes.Results:There was no significant difference in ventilation performance parameters(PIP,RR,PEEP,VT,FiO2)between observation and control groups(P>0.05);In the observation group,the failure incidence of insufficient gas source,abnormal monitoring system,emergency ventilator fuse ejection,abnormal tidal volume,alarm and black screen of the display screen was lower than that of the control group,statistically significant difference between groups(P<0.05);The satisfaction score of the department on the maintenance and maintenance management of emergency ventilator in the risk management mode(94.69±4.61)points was higher than that of the control group(89.39±5.61)points,statistically significant difference(t=4.369,P<0.05).Conclusion:Risk management can ensure the ventilation performance of emergency ventilator,reduce the failure rate of clinical emergency ventilator,improve the satisfaction of medical staff in clinical departments,increase the comprehensive application value in the maintenance and maintenance of clinical medical equipment.
