摘要
宁夏A供热公司采用大温差长输供热技术,2019~2021年连续2个采暖季发现其二级管网内存在明显的结垢、不锈钢点蚀和碳钢腐蚀现象,严重影响冬季居民供热效果。供热公司针对其水质特点及运行情况展开了阻垢缓蚀剂研发、点蚀临界条件研究等工作,最终确定了以添加TC型阻垢缓蚀剂为主的防腐防垢方案。通过工业试验的检验,换热板抽查无明显的点蚀和结垢现象,碳钢腐蚀挂片结果表明管道内壁腐蚀速率得到了有效控制,保证了供热系统的安全经济运行,该种防腐防垢策略在同类型供热系统中具有较高的推广价值。
Ningxia A Heat Supply Company adopted the large temperature diferenee long-distance heating technology.During two consecutive heaing seasons from 2019 to 2021,significant sealing,piting corrsion of stainless steel and corrosion of carbon steel were observed in the secondary pipeline network,which severely impacted the heating elfect for residents during the winter.The heat supply company conducted research and development on scale and corrosion imhibitors,as well as studies on the critical conditions for piting corrosion,based on the char acteristics of its water quality and operating conditions.Ultimately,an anti-corsion and anti-scaing strategy centered on the addition ol T'C-type seale and corosion inhibitors was determined.Through industrial trials,random inspections of the heat exchanger plates revealed no signihicant piting or scaing,and the results of carbon steel corosion coupon tets indicated that the corosion rate of the inmer pipeline wals was elfectively controlled.This ensured the safe and economical operation of the heating system.The corosion and scale prevention strategy has shown great potential for broader application in the same type of heating systems.
