植物提取物对泌乳中后期奶牛采食量和产奶性能以及血清生化指标的影响

Effects of Plant Extracts on Feed Intake,Milk Production Performance and Serum Biochemical Indicators of Mid-to-Late Lactating Cows

摘要 [目的]研究茶多酚和植物甾醇复合物的生物学功能及其对泌乳中后期奶牛采食量、产奶性能和血清生化指标的影响。[方法]试验选取60头年龄、胎次、泌乳时间和产奶量相近的健康奶牛,随机分为2组,每组30头。对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组在基础日粮中添加20 g/d植物提取物,预试期7 d,正试期70 d。试验采集奶牛乳样和血样,测定乳成分和血清生化指标。[结果]植物提取物组奶牛干物质采食量降低0.51 kg/d,产奶量提高0.85 kg/d(P>0.05)。植物提取物组血清甘油三酯与对照组相比降低45.6%(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,植物提取物组血清催乳素和生长激素显著提高(P<0.05)。[结论]日粮中添加20 g/d茶多酚和植物甾醇复合物能够提高奶牛日粮产奶效率,改善奶牛脂肪代谢过程中的问题,提高生产性能。 [Objective]To study the biological functions of tea polyphenols and phytosterol complexes and their effects on feed intake,milk production performance and serum biochemical indicators of mid-to-late lactating cows.[Method]Sixty healthy cows with similar age,parity,lactation time and milk yield were randomly divided into 2 groups,with 30 cows in each group.The control group was fed a basic diet,and the experimental group was fed a basal diet supplemented with 20 g/d plant extracts.The pre-trial period lasted for 7 days and the experimental period lasted for 70 days.Milk and blood samples were collected and milk composition and serum biochemical indicators were determined.[Result]Dry matter intake decreased by 0.51 kg/d and milk yield increased by 0.85 kg/d in experimental group(P>0.05).Serum triglycerides in experimental group decreased by 45.6%compared with control group(P<0.05).Compared with control group,serum prolactin and growth hormone in experimental group were significantly increased(P<0.05).[Conclusion]Supplementing 20 g/d tea polyphenols and phytosterol complexes can improve milk production efficiency,fat metabolism and productivity of cows.
