With the rapid development of the social economy,the construction industry has also been able to play an increasingly important role in the national economy.Cost control of construction projects,as an important indicator for measuring the economic benefits of a construction project,can not only effectively reduce the costs of the first party,but also help control the costs of construction enterprises and achieve their profit goals.How to reasonably and effectively control the cost of construction projects while controlling the overall quality of construction projects has attracted increasing attention.This article discusses measures to control the cost of construction projects from several aspects.
