维生素A联合布地奈德对支气管哮喘患儿气道重塑的影响

Impact of Vitamin A Combined with Budesonide on Airway Remodeling of Children with Bronchial Asthma

目的探讨维生素A联合布地奈德治疗儿童支气管哮喘的效果及对其气道重塑、细胞免疫的影响。方法将92例支气管哮喘患儿随机分为两组,对照组应用布地奈德治疗,联合组在对照组基础上应用维生素A。两组均持续治疗3个月。比较两组的症状体征缓解时间、气道重塑水平、细胞免疫水平。结果治疗后,联合组肺部啰音、咳嗽、喘息缓解时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,联合组气道壁厚度占支气管管壁外径百分比、气道壁面积占气道总横截面积比例、全血CD8~+低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,联合组全血CD4~+、CD4~+/CD8~+高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论维生素A联合布地奈德治疗儿童支气管哮喘,可促进患儿症状体征消失,改善气道重塑情况,提高细胞免疫。

Objective To explore the effect of vitamin A combined with budesonide in the treatment of children with bronchial asthma and the impact on airway remodeling and cellular immunity.Methods 92 children with bronchial asthma were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with budesonide,and the combined group was treated with vitamin A on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated for 3 months.The symptom and sign relief time,airway remodeling level and cellular immunity level were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the relief time of lung rales,cough and wheezing in the combined group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the percentage of airway wall thickness to bronchial wall outer diameter,and the proportion of airway wall area to total airway cross-sectional area,and the whole blood CD8+in the combined group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the whole blood CD4+and CD4+/CD8+levels in the combined group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Vitamin A combined with budesonide in the treatment of children with bronchial asthma can promote the disappearance of symptoms and signs,improve the airway remodeling,and enhance the cellular immunity.
