温肺通窍方联合西药治疗过敏性鼻炎哮喘综合征患儿的临床效果及对其血清Th1/Th2细胞因子表达的影响

Clinical Effect of Wenfei Tongqiao Recipe Combined with Western Medicine in the Treatment of Children with Combined Allergic Rhinitis and Asthma Syndrome and the Impact on the Serum Th1/Th2 Cytokine Expression

目的探讨温肺通窍方联合西药治疗过敏性鼻炎哮喘综合征(CARAS)患儿的临床效果及对其血清Th1/Th2细胞因子表达的影响。方法将80例CARAS患儿随机分为参照组和研究组各40例。参照组接受常规西药治疗,研究组接受温肺通窍方联合西药治疗。比较两组的临床疗效、血清Th1/Th2细胞因子水平及不良反应。结果研究组治疗总有效率为95.00%,高于参照组的80.00%(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组的血清IL-2、IFN-γ水平高于参照组,IL-4、IL-6水平低于参照组(P<0.05)。研究组治疗期间不良反应发生率为12.50%,与参照组的10.00%比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论温肺通窍方联合西药治疗CARAS效果确切,可明显调节患儿血清Th1/Th2细胞因子表达,且安全可靠。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Wenfei Tongqiao Recipe combined with western medicine in the treatment of children with combined allergic rhinitis and asthma syndrome(CARAS)and the impact on the serum Th1/Th2 cytokines expression.Methods 80 CARAS children were randomly divided into reference group and study group,with 40 cases in each group.The reference group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the study group was treated with Wenfei Tongqiao Recipe combined with western medicine.The clinical efficacy,serum Th1/Th2 cytokine levels,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 95.00%,higher than 80.00%in the reference group(P<0.05).After treatment,the serum IL-2 and IFN-levels of the study group were higher than those of the reference group,and the IL-4 and IL-6 levels were lower than those of the reference group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 12.50%,which had no statistical difference with 10.00%in the reference group(P>0.05).Conclusions Wenfei Tongqiao Recipe combined with western medicine has significant effect in the treatment of CARAS,which can significantly regulate the expression of serum Th1/Th2 cytokines in children,andis safeandreliable.
