经阴道行卵圆钳钳夹术及欣母沛注射治疗对产后出血产妇应激反应及术后康复的影响

摘要 目的观察经阴道行卵圆钳钳夹术及欣母沛注射治疗对产后出血产妇应激反应及术后康复的影响。方法选择我院2020年6月至2023年6月收治的120例顺产后出血产妇,将其平均分为对照组(采用欣母沛治疗)与研究组(采用经阴道行卵圆钳钳夹术及欣母沛注射治疗),比较两组的生理应激指标、临床指标、并发症发生情况。结果治疗24 h后,两组收缩压与舒张压比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。研究组有效止血时间短于对照组,平均出血量低于对照组,治疗24 h后血红蛋白高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论经阴道行卵圆钳钳夹术及欣母沛注射治疗对产后出血产妇应激反应的影响较小,可降低产后出血引起的不良反应,有利于产妇术后康复。 Objective To observe the influence of transvaginal forceps clamp and Hemabate injection on stress response and postoperative recovery.Methods 120 hemorrhage puerperae afer vaginal delivery in our hospital from June 2020 to June 2023 were selected and divided into control group(treated with Hemabate)and study group(treated with transvaginal forceps clamp and Hemabate injection)equally.The physiological stress indicators,clinical indicators and complications ofthe two groups were compared.Results After 24 h of treatment,no statistical difference was found in the systolic and diastolic blood pressure between the two groups(P>0.05).The effective hemostasis time of the study group was shorter than that of the control group,the average blood loss was lower than that of the control group,and the hemoglobin at 24 h of treatment was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Transvaginal forceps clamp and Hemabate injection have little influence on the stress response of postpartum hemorrhage puerperae,and can reduce the adverse reactions caused by postpartum hemorrhage,which is conducive to the postoperative recovery.
