以患者为中心的护理模式在HIV感染合并脑出血患者围术期的应用

Application of Patient-Centered Nursing Model in Perioperative Period of HIV Infected Patients with Cerebral Hemorrhage

目的探讨以患者为中心的护理模式在HIV感染合并脑出血患者围术期的应用效果。方法选取2022年6月至2023年6月本院收治的100例HIV合并脑出血患者,随机分为两组。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用以患者为中心的护理模式。比较两组的围术期指标、心理应激指标及并发症。结果观察组手术时间、术后住院时间短于对照组,术中出血量及镇痛次数少于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组HAMA、HAMD评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论以患者为中心的护理模式可缩短HIV感染合并脑出血患者手术时间,减轻其心理应激反应,减少不良反应的发生。

Objective To explore the application effect of patient-centered nursing model in perioperative period of HIV infected patients with cerebral hemorrhage.Methods 100 HIV infected patients with cerebral hemorrhage admtted to our hospital from June 2022 to June 2023 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group used routine nursing,and the observation group used patient-centered nursing model.The perioperative indicators,psychological stress indicators and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time and postoperative hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,and the intraoperative blood loss and analgesia times were less than those of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the HAMA and HAMD scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Patient-centered nursing model can shorten the operation time of HIV infected patients with cerebral hemorrhage,alleviate the psychological stress reaction and reduce the adverse reactions.
