分级检验法在肾脏生化检验中的价值

摘要 目的探讨分级检验法在肾脏生化检验中的价值。方法以80例接受肾脏生化检验的患者作为研究对象,全部患者均接受传统拉网式检验法、分级检验法。对比两种检验方法检出的生化指标[血肌酐(Scr)、胱抑素C(Cys-C)、血尿素氮(BUN)]水平及阳性率。结果分级检验法检出Scr、Cys-C、BUN水平分别为(75.32±3.58)μmol/L、(1.33±0.45)mg/L、(10.58±1.33)mmol/L,均高于传统拉网式检验法的(60.57±2.26)μmol/L、(0.89±0.07)mg/L、(6.34±0.42)mmol/L,数据对比存在明显差异,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。传统拉网式检验法检出的BUN阳性患者31例,阳性率为38.75%;Scr阳性患者37例,阳性率为46.25%;Cys-C阳性患者36例,阳性率为45.00%。分级检验法检出的BUN阳性患者46例,阳性率为57.50%;Scr阳性患者55例,阳性率为68.75%;Cys-C阳性患者49例,阳性率为61.25%。分级检验法检出BUN、Scr、Cys-C的阳性率高于传统拉网式检验法,数据对比存在明显差异,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论分级检验法在肾脏生化检验中的应用价值显著,检测结果准确性高,能够为肾脏疾病的诊疗提供可靠数据。 Objective To explore the value of grading test in renal biochemical testing.Methods A total of 80 patients who underwent renal biochemical test were selected as the study subjects,all of whom underwent traditional grading test and dragnet test.The levels and positive rates of biochemical indicators[serum creatinine(Scr),cystatin C(Cys-C),and blood urea nitrogen(BUN)]of the two tests were compared.Results The levels of Scr,Cys-C and BUN by grading test were(75.32±3.58)μmol/L,(1.33±0.45)mg/L and(10.58±1.33)mmol/L,which were all higher than(60.57±2.26)μmol/L,(0.89±0.07)mg/L and(6.34±0.42)mmol/L by the dragnet test method,and there was a significant difference in data comparison(P<0.05).The traditional dragnet test detected 31 patients with BUN positivity,with a positive rate of 38.75%;37 patients with Scr positivity,with a positive rate of 46.25%;and 36 patients with Cys-C positivity,with a positive rate of 45.00%.Grading test detected 46 patients with BUN positivity,with a positive rate of 57.50%;55 patients with Scr positivity,with a positive rate of 68.75%;and 49 patients with Cys-C positivity,with a positive rate of 61.25%.The positive rate of BUN,Scr and Cys-C detected by grading test was higher than that of traditional dragnet test,and there was a significant difference in data comparison(P<0.05).Conclusion The application value of grading test in renal biochemical testing is significant,with high accuracy,and can provide reliable data for the diagnosis and treatment of kidney diseases.
