院内制剂鼻渊清胶囊辅助治疗对过敏性鼻炎患者症状改善及复发率的影响

The effect of intrahospital preparation Biyuanqing capsule as an adjuvant treatment on the improvement of symptoms and recurrence rate in patients with allergic rhinitis

目的探究院内制剂鼻渊清胶囊辅助治疗对过敏性鼻炎症状改善及复发率的影响。方法选取65例过敏性鼻炎患者为研究对象,根据治疗方案不同分为对照组(32例)与观察组(33例)。对照组采用盐酸西替利嗪片+通窍鼻炎颗粒治疗,观察组采用盐酸西替利嗪片+通窍鼻炎颗粒+鼻渊清胶囊治疗。比较两组治疗前后鼻部症状评分、鼻部症状改善时间,随访12个月鼻炎复发情况,不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,两组鼻痒、打喷嚏、流鼻涕、鼻塞症状评分均低于本组治疗前,且观察组鼻痒、打喷嚏、流鼻涕、鼻塞症状评分分别为(0.45±0.51)、(0.58±0.50)、(0.42±0.50)、(0.55±0.51)分,显著低于对照组的(0.72±0.46)、(0.84±0.37)、(0.88±0.34)、(0.81±0.40)分(P<0.05)。观察组鼻痒、打喷嚏、流鼻涕、鼻塞改善时间分别为(4.76±0.56)、(4.36±0.49)、(6.21±0.74)、(4.30±0.47)d,明显短于对照组的(6.25±0.57)、(6.16±0.57)、(7.94±0.80)、(6.00±0.67)d(P<0.05)。观察组随访12个月鼻炎复发率15.15%(5/33)低于对照组的50.00%(16/32)(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗期间均未出现严重不良反应。结论应用院内制剂鼻渊清胶囊辅助治疗过敏性鼻炎能够快速有效减轻患者鼻炎症状,降低复发率,值得推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of intrahospital preparation Biyuanqing capsule as an adjuvant treatment on the improvement of symptoms and recurrence rate in patients with allergic rhinitis.Methods 65 patients with allergic rhinitis were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into a control group(32 cases)and an observation group(33 cases)according to different treatment plans.The control group was treated with cetirizine hydrochloride tablets and Tongqiao rhinitis granules,while the observation group was treated with cetirizine hydrochloride tablets,Tongqiao rhinitis granules and Biyuanqing capsules.The nasal symptom score before and after treatment,improvement time of nasal symptoms,recurrence of rhinitis within 12 months of follow-up,and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After 2 courses of treatment,the scores of nasal itching,sneezing,runny nose and nasal congestion in both groups were lower than those beofre treatment;the scores of nasal itching,sneezing,runny nose and nasal congestion in the observation group were(0.45±0.51),(0.58±0.50),(0.42±0.50)and(0.55±0.51)points,which were significantly lower than(0.72±0.46),(0.84±0.37),(0.88±0.34)and(0.81±0.40)points in the control group(P<0.05).The improvement time of nasal itching,sneezing,runny nose and nasal congestion in the observation group were(4.76±0.56),(4.36±0.49),(6.21±0.74)and(4.30±0.47)d,which were significantly shorter than(6.25±0.57),(6.16±0.57),(7.94±0.80)and(6.00±0.67)d in the control group(P<0.05).After 12 months of follow-up,the recurrence rate of rhinitis in the observation group was 15.15%(5/33),which was significantly lower than 50.00%(16/32)in the control group(P<0.05).Both groups of patients did not experience serious adverse reactions during the treatment.Conclusion The application of the intrahospital preparation Biyuanqing capsule as an auxiliary treatment for allergic rhinitis can quickly and effectively alleviate the symptoms of rhinitis in patients,reduce the recurrence rate,and is worthy of promotion and application.
