摘要
通过探究运动性疲劳对警犬血液生化指标和抗氧化指标的影响,为警犬运动性疲劳的预防和治疗奠定理论基础,为警犬科学训练和使用提供科学依据。选取公安部沈阳警犬基地40头成年德国牧羊犬作为实验材料,设计运动性疲劳试验,在试验前后分别测定了警犬的皮质醇指标、生化指标和抗氧化指标,并对结果进行统计分析。结果显示,警犬经过运动性疲劳后,血液中皮质醇水平显著升高(P<0.05);生化指标中的葡萄糖、尿素氮、谷草转氨酶、肌酸激酶等指标显著升高(P<0.05),血钙水平显著降低(P<0.05);抗氧化指标中的丙二醛和乳酸脱氢酶显著升高(P<0.05),超氧化物歧化酶、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶、过氧化氢酶等指标显著降低(P<0.05)。说明运动性疲劳对警犬血液皮质醇指标、生化指标和抗氧化指标均有显著影响,不仅会引发警犬的应激,还会危害警犬的健康。
To explore the effects of exercise fatigue on blood biochemical indexes and antioxidant indexes of police dogs,this paper lays a theoretical foundation for the prevention and treatment of exercise fatigue of police dogs,and provides a scientific basis for the scientific training and use of police dogs.The exercise fatigue experiment was designed with 40 adult German shepherd dogs in Shenyang Police Dog Base of Ministry of Public Security.The cortisol,biochemical and antioxidant indexes of police dogs were measured before and after the experiment,and the results were analyzed statistically.The results showed that the level of cortisol in blood of police dogs was significantly increased after exercise fatigue(P<0.05).The biochemical indexes such as glucose,urea nitrogen,glutamic oxalacetic transaminase and creatine kinase were significantly increased(P<0.05),while calcium ion was significantly decreased(P<0.05).The antioxidant indexes of malondialdehyde and lactate dehydrogenase were significantly increased(P<0.05),while the indexes of superoxide dismutase,glutathione peroxidase and catalase were significantly decreased(P<0.05).These results indicate that exercise fatigue has significant effects on blood cortisol,biochemical and antioxidant indexes of police dogs,which not only causes stress of police dogs,but also endangers their health.
