朱鹮源迟钝爱德华氏菌的分离鉴定

摘要 2022年9月中旬,陕西省洋县一处朱鹮养殖基地内接连发现多只朱鹮、白鹭死亡。为了确定病因,通过对死亡朱鹮病理剖检、细菌分离培养鉴定、PCR检测、动物致病性试验和分离菌药敏试验,确定引起朱鹮死亡的病源为迟缓爱德华氏菌且致病性较强,分离菌对羧苄西林、头孢他啶、头孢唑林、头孢呋辛、诺氟沙星、环丙沙星、新霉素高度敏感。这次朱鹮死亡病例的研究,为朱鹮人工种群疾病防控工作提供了指导。 In mid-September 2022,several crested ibis and egrets were found dead in a crested ibis breeding base in Yang county,Shaanxi province.In order to determine the cause of death of crested ibis,pathological examination of the dead crested ibis,bacterial isolation,culture identification,PCR detection,animal pathogenicity test and drug susceptibility test of the isolated bacteria confirmed that Edwardsiella tarda was the cause of death of crested ibis and was highly pathogenic.The isolated bacteria were highly sensitive to carbenicillin,ceftazidime,cefzolin,cefuroxime,norfloxacin,ciprofloxacin and neomycin.The study of the dead cases of crested ibis provided guidance for the prevention and control of the artificial population of crested ibis.
