习近平总书记在2023年的全国宣传思想文化工作会议上强调思想文化工作面临新形势新任务,需要新气象新作为。[1]高校思想政治教育话语体系建构是思想文化工作的重要组成部分,必须要牢牢把握“七个着力”重大要求,着力加强党的领导、着力坚持马克思主义意识形态指导地位、着力坚持以社会主义核心价值观为引领、着力掌握新闻奥论工作主动权、着力融入中华优秀传统文化、着力浸润文化事业和文化产业发展、着力提升国际传播能力,积极构建符合时代要求的思想政治教育话语体系。
