摘要
依据GB/T 38402-2019,采用离子色谱法对皮革中六价铬进行测试,依据数学模型以及实验细节对不确定度来源进行分析和评定。结果表明,样品称量和萃取液体积所引起的不确定度很小,而重复性测量和分析液中六价铬浓度测定引入的不确定度占了皮革中六价铬测量不确定度的主要部分。建议通过加强标准的宣贯、统一实验人员的操作手法等手段减少测试误差。
According to GB/T 38402-2019,chromium(VI)in leather was detected by ion chromatography.The source of uncertainty was analyzed and evaluated according to the mathematical model and experimental details.The results show that the uncertainty caused by sample weighing and extraction volume is very minimall,while the uncertainty introduced by repeated measurement and determination of Chromium(VI)concentration in analytical solution accounts for the main part of the uncertainty in leather.It is suggested that the test error should be minimized by strengthening the promulgation of the standard and unifying the operation methods of the experimenters.
