高辐射热厂房热环境及余热回收性能模拟

摘要 针对高辐射热车间温度较高、工人工作环境恶劣、余热散失严重的问题,通过优化的吸热屏模型,利用FLUENT软件分析了不同水流量条件下的吸热屏在车间余热回收和降低车间温度方面的作用。结果表明:添加吸热屏后,室内平均温度从40.18℃降到32.51℃,具有一定的降温效果;当水流量为0.025 kg/s时,余热回收效率为56%,热回收效果明显。研究成果实现了低品质余热用于社会采暖的同时也改善了高辐射热车间热环境,这对于提高工业企业的综合竞争力及实现社会经济效益具有重要意义。 In order to solve the problems of high radiant heat workshop temperature,poor working environment and serious waste heat loss,the effect of heat absorption screen under different water flow conditions in the waste heat recovery and reduction of workshop temperature was analyzed by using FLUENT software through the optimized heat absorption screen model,and the results showed that the average indoor temperature dropped from 40.18℃to 32.51℃after adding the heat absorbing screen,which had a certain cooling effect.When the water flow rate is 0.025 kg/s,the waste heat recovery efficiency is 56%,and the heat recovery effect is obvious.The research results realize that low-quality waste heat is used for social heating and also improve the thermal environment of high-radiant heat workshop,which is of great significance for improving the comprehensive competitiveness of industrial enterprises and achieving social and economic benefits.
