摘要
主燃级旋流器的旋流数对燃烧室内流场组织与燃烧特性有重要的影响,为了研究其对流场与燃烧性能的影响规律,本文采取数值模拟方法在不同主燃级旋流数下对燃烧室流场结构和燃烧性能的影响进行了对比。研究表明:对于主燃一级旋流器,旋流数取在0.65~0.75回流区内湍流强度较为稳定,燃烧效率较高,压力损失也不是很大,NOx以及CO排放也较低分别有最低值45.4×10^(-6)、33.8×10^(-6);对于主燃二级旋流器,旋流数取为0.9时,有较好的温度场,燃烧效率达到99.6%以上,排放不高,NOx及CO排放都是最低值分别为45.5×10^(-6)、36.2×10^(-6)。
The number of swirls of the main cyclone is of great significance to the flow field structure and combus-tion characteristics of a combustor.In this paper,the influence of the number of swirls of the main combustion stage on the flow field structure and combustion performance of a combustor is studied numerically.The results show that,for the primary combustion′s primary cyclone,the number of swirls between 0.65 and 0.75 in the reflux zone is stable,the combustion efficiency is high,the pressure loss is not very large,and NOx and CO emis-sions are low(the lowest values are 45.4×10^(-6)and 33.8×10^(-6),respectively).For the primary combustion′s two-stage cyclone,when the number is 0.9,there is a good temperature field,the combustion efficiency is higher than 99.6%,the emission is not high,and NOx and CO emissions have the lowest values of 45.5×10^(-6)and 36.2×10^(-6),respectively.
