摘要
骨折延迟愈合及不愈合是临床需要解决的一大难题,骨愈合过程被证实与生长因子紧密联系。本文对骨愈合过程中活跃的生长因子,如转化生长因子-β、骨形态发生蛋白-2、血管内皮生长因子和血小板源性生长因子可能的作用机制、影响因素和治疗应用进行综述,以期为临床应用提供参考依据。
Fracture delayed union and non-union is a major problem to be solved clinically,and bone healing process has been proved to be closely related to growth factors.The possible mechanisms,influencing factors and therapeutic applications of the active growth factors involved in fracture healing process such as transforming growth factor-β,bone morphogenetic protein-2,vascular endothelial growth factor and plateletderived growth factor were reviewed in this paper,so as to provide references for clinical use.
