高等职业教育赋能新质生产力的优势、问题与对策

发展新质生产力是推动我国高质量发展的内在要求和重要着力点,是实现中国式现代化的必由之路。高等职业教育是服务新质生产力最直接、最紧密的教育类型。高等职业教育赋能新质生产力有其自身优势,但也面临产业发展需求匹配度低,人才培养方式与质量存在差距,师资力量与教学资源还比较匮乏,校企合作机制不密切,产教融合有待加深等现实问题。新时代背景下,高职院校要从增强高等职业教育的社会匹配度,创新人才培养体系,提高人才培养质量,加强师资队伍建设,加强产教融合,深化科教融汇等方面着手,为赋能新质生产力发展作出应有的贡献。

The development of new quality productive forces is the internal requirements and important points of promoting the high-quality development of our country,and it is the necessary way to realize Chinese-style modernization.Higher vocational education is the most direct and close type of education that serves the new quality productivity.Higher vocational education has its own advantages in enabling new quality productivity,but it also faces practical problems such as low matching degree of industrial development needs,gap between talent training methods and quality,shortage of teachers and teaching resources,inadequate cooperation mechanism between schools and enterprises,and the integration of production and education to be deepened.Under the background of the new era,higher vocational colleges should make due contributions to enabling the development of new quality productive forces by strengthening the social matching degree of higher vocational education,innovating the talent training system,improving the quality of talent training,strengthening the construction of teachers,strengthening the integration of production and education,and deepening the integration of science and education.
