区域一体化背景下红色档案资源协同开发的顶层规划和实践方向研究——以长三角地区为例

Study on the Top-level Planning of Synergistic Development of Red Archival Resources and the Practical Orientations in the Context of Regional Integration:Taking the Yangtze River Delta Region as an Example

随着区域一体化的深入发展,红色档案资源的保护和利用成为推动区域文化传承与创新的重要手段。长三角地区作为中国革命历史的重要舞台,拥有丰富的红色档案资源,然而目前这些资源的价值尚未得到充分发挥,缺乏协同开发的顶层规划和实践指引。为此,本文以长三角地区为例,系统调查了红色档案资源分布与开发情况。在此基础上,以协同开发理念为指导思想,提出以区域多主体联动、资源多维度整合、服务多层次推进、成果多领域共享为主要内容的区域红色档案资源协同开发顶层框架,并从共享利用平台建设、文创产品联名开发、文化传播矩阵打造、爱国主义教育基地建设、知识智慧化场景服务五个方面提出协同开发的实践方向。

With the in-depth development of regional integration,the protection and utilization of red archival resources have become an important means to promote regional cultural heritage protection and innovation.The Yangtze River Delta region,as an important stage of China's revolutionary history,is home to abundant red archival resources.However,the value of these resources has not been fully utilized at present,and there is a lack of top-level planning and practical guidance for collaborative development.Therefore,this paper takes the Yangtze River Delta region as an example to systematically investigate the distribution and development of red archival resources.On this basis,guided by the concept of collaborative development,a top-level framework for the collaborative development of regional red archival resources is proposed,which mainly includes regional multi-entity linkage,multi-dimensional resource integration,multi-level service promotion,and multi-disciplinary sharing of results.Moreover,practical directions for collaborative development are proposed from five aspects:development of a shared utilization platform,co-development of cultural and creative products,creation of a cultural communication matrix,development of patriotic education bases,and smart scenario-based knowledge services.
