城市核心区地下环路设计要点分析——以嘉兴市金融广场地下工程为例

摘要 在目前城市核心区的发展中,地面、地下空间的综合开发力度越来越高,高密度、高强度的集中开发导致了不同特征交通的高度集聚,致使区域路网承载力不足,进而引发了一系列交通拥堵问题。针对上述现象,通过合理设置地下道路,分流地面车流量,将地面空间更多留给公共交通、慢行交通、景观绿化,缓解地面交通压力,提升核心区环境品质,是当前大型商务区的重要交通策略。结合嘉兴金融广场地下环路设计案例,对地下环路的建设规模、出入口布置、建设模式等方面进行了分析研究,提出了临建模式下的常见问题与设计策略。研究成果可为类似工程提供借鉴与指导。 In the development of urban core area now,the comprehensive development efforts of the ground and underground spaces are getting higher and higher.The high-density and high-intensity concentrated development leads to a high concentration of traffic with different characteristics,which makes the capacity of the regional road network insufficient,and then causes a series of traffic congestion problems.In view of the above phenomenon,it is an important traffic strategy for large central business district to set up underground roads reasonably,separate the ground traffic flow,and leave the ground road space mainly for public transportation and non-motorized traffic and landscape planting so as to alleviate the pressure of ground traffic and to upgrade the environmental quality of core area.Based on the design case of underground ring road of Jiaxing Financial Plaza,the construction scale,entrance and exit layout,construction mode and other aspects of the underground ring road are analyzed and studied.The common problems and design strategies under the temporary construction mode are put forward.The research results can provide reference and guidance for similar projects.
