高韧超薄磨耗层在快速路匝道桥上的应用

摘要 基于同步摊铺工艺的高韧超薄磨耗层技术具有结构层薄、抗裂耐久、施工效率高、安全美观等技术特点。通过在嘉兴市市区快速路环线工程(一期)中实施厚度为0.8~2.0cm级别的高韧超薄磨耗层技术,总结和介绍了该技术的基本原理、技术指标体系以及施工控制要点,并进行了室内试验和现场试验检测。结果表明,高韧超薄磨耗层各项技术指标均满足技术要求,证明该技术具有良好的路用性能,可在各类桥面铺装品质化提升、城市道路快速化改造以及道路预防性养护项目中推广应用。 The high-toughness ultra-thin wearing course technology based on synchronous paving technology has the technical characteristics of thin structure layer,crack resistance and durability,high construction efficiency,safety and aesthetics.The basic principle,technical index system and construction control points of the high-toughness ultra-thin wearing course technology with thickness of 0.8~2.0 cm in Jiaxing Urban Expressway Loop Project(Phase Ⅰ) are summarized and introduced,and the laboratory test and field test are carried out.The results show that the technical indexes of the high-toughness ultra-thin wearing course meet the technical requirements,which prove that the technology has good pavement performance,and can be popularized and applied in various bridge deck pavement quality improvement,urban road expressway reconstruction and road preventive maintenance projects.
