摘要
针对寒区隧道中心排水管发生冻结问题,以兰州市某隧道为工程背景,研究新型竹缠绕中心排水管的周边温度场和保温性能。利用数值模拟软件建立两种中心排水管模型进行计算对比,并结合现场监测数据,提出合理的排水管道设计参数。结果表明:(1)采用浅埋中心排水管设计方案能有效改善竹缠绕排水管道周围的温度场,并验证方案可行性;(2)采用竹缠绕排水管道,使低温环境下最大冻深不超过90cm;(3)通过现场应用竹缠绕排水管道具有良好的抗冻保温效果,具有一定的推广意义。
Aiming at the freezing problem of drainage pipes in tunnel centers in the cold region,taking a tunnel in Lanzhou City as the engineering background,the surrounding temperature field and the thermal insulation performance of a new bamboo winding center drainage pipe are studied.Numerical simulation software is used to establish two kinds of central drainage pipe models for calculation and comparison.Combined with the field monitoring data,the reasonable drainage pipe design parameters are proposed.The results show that:(I)The temperature field around the bamboo winding drainage pipe can be effectively improved by using the shallow-buried central drainage pipe design scheme,and the feasibility of the scheme is verified;(2)The bamboo winding drainage pipe is used to make the maximum freezing depth under low-temperature environment not exceed 90 cm;(3)The field application of bamboo winding drainage pipe has a good anti-freeze insulation effect,and has a certain promotion significance.
