Perianal necrotizing fasciitis:a case report and literature review

坏死性筋膜炎临床发病率不高,外科清创和广谱抗生素应用是其治疗的主要方法。及时的外科清创引流是挽救患者生命的关键,其中,清创时的解剖探查和引流方式需在影像学联合临床的指导下进行。尤其是当病变严重延伸至前腹壁、腘窝和大腿等位置时,彻底的清创和充分的引流是降低患者死亡率的重要措施。本文报道1例肛周坏死性筋膜炎患者的诊治经过,与同道交流相关临床诊疗经验。

Necrotizing fasciitis has a low clinical incidence,and surgical debridement combined with broad-spectrum antibiotics represents the primary treatment approach.Timely surgical debridement and drainage are crucial for saving patients’lives,with anatomical exploration during debridement and drainage methods requiring guidance from both imaging and clinical assessments.Particularly when the lesion severely extends to the anterior abdominal wall,popliteal fossa,thighs,and other locations,thorough debridement and adequate drainage are vital measures to reduce mortality.This article reports the diagnosis and treatment process of a patient with perianal necrotizing fasciitis,aiming to share relevant clinical experiences with colleagues.
