基于全国职业院校教师教学能力大赛的课堂改革实践探索

摘要 本文以全国职业院校教师教学能力大赛为依托,选取2023年江苏省职业院校教学比赛(高职组)交通运输大类二等奖作品“典型航空发动机维护测试与故障分析”为案例,基于航空发动机真实维修工作岗位要求,借助校内实训中心和校企共建的航空产业学院,以航空器数字化修理与模拟仿真学习平台为载体,通过“政校企”三元协同育人,从教学整体设计、教学实施过程、学生学习效果、特色创新与反思改进五个方面阐述课程教学设计和实施过程,以期为探索职业院校航空类专业课程的教学改革提供可推广的思路和方法。同时,为参加教学能力大赛的教师提供借鉴和参考。 Based on the National Vocational College Teachers Teaching Ability Competition,this paper selects the second prize work“Typical Aero Engine Maintenance Test and Failure Analysis”in the transportation category of the 2023 Jiangsu Vocational College Teaching Competition(Higher Vocational Group)as the case.Based on the requirements of the real maintenance jobs of aero engines,with the help of the on-campus training center and the aviation industry college jointly built by the school and the enterprise,using the aircraft digital repair and simulation learning platform as the carrier,and through the“government-school-enterprise”three-way collaborative education,the course teaching design and implementation process is expounded from five aspects:overall teaching design,teaching implementation process,student learning effect,characteristic innovation and reflection and improvement,in order to provide generalizable ideas and methods for exploring the teaching reform of aviation professional courses in vocational colleges.At the same time,it provides reference and guidance for teachers participating in the teaching ability competition.
