基于GPSSA算法的无人机中继通信航迹规划方法研究

摘要 目前针对无人机中继通信航迹的规划方法未考虑航迹规划中存在的约束条件及代价函数,导致得到的规划航迹中断概率、通信误码率偏高.针对上述问题,提出一种基于改进麻雀算法的无人机中继航迹规划方法.根据无人机任务区信息和通信环境,建立通信障碍代价模型,通过真实约束,建立约束函数和代价函数,将其应用到麻雀搜索算法中,设计总体的航迹寻优规划流程,并应用仿真实验验证所提出的改进麻雀优化方法的有效性,实验结果表明,在不同的转角约束条件下,设计方法得到的航迹中断概率、通信误码率均有一定降低. Currently,the planning methods for unmanned aerial vehicle relay communication tracks do not take into account the constraints and cost functions that exist in track planning,resulting in an increase in the probability of planned track interruption and communication error rate.To address the above issues,a drone relay trajectory planning method based on the improved Sparrow algorithm is proposed.Firstly,based on the information of the drone mission area and communication environment,a communication obstacle cost model is established.Through real constraints,constraint functions and cost functions are established,and applied to the sparrow search algorithm to design the overall trajectory optimization planning process.To verify the effectiveness of the proposed improved sparrow optimization method,experiments are designed.The experimental results show that under different corner constraints,the probability of track interruption and communication error rate obtained by the design method are reduced to a certain extent,verifying the effectiveness of the method.
