数字纪检监察研究综述与展望

The Review and Prospect of Digital Discipline Inspection and Supervision

数字纪检监察是一个新兴的学术热点,是将数字技术嵌入反腐治理领域的新探索,对传统纪检监察在思维和方式上进行了根本性的变革。通过中国知网开展文献调查,选取“数字纪检监察”“数字监督”“大数据监督”“电子监察”四个关键词,借助CiteSpace软件对学者关于数字技术与纪检监察相融合研究的研究趋势、研究方法等展开统计分析,形成对数字纪检监察研究的整体把握。根据学者对相关数字技术与监督执纪的理解可以发现,关于数字纪检监察的内涵,学界至今尚未达成共识。目前,理论界对数字纪检监察的研究聚焦于运作逻辑、信息不对称、设施与人才、信息与隐私、标准与接口、中央与地方实践矛盾等六个方面。实际上,数字纪检监察并没有形成系统的研究体系,未来要以实践为基础加大研究力度,突出数字纪检监察的特色。

Digital discipline inspection and supervision is a new academic hot spot,which is a new exploration of embedding digital technology into anti-corruption field,and it makes a fundamental change in the thinking and mode of the traditional discipline inspection and supervision.Through the CNKI to carry out literature survey,selecting four key words:“digital discipline supervision”,“digital supervision”,“big data supervision”,“electronic supervision”,CiteSpace software was used to conduct statistical analysis on the research trends and methods of domestic scholars on the integration of digital technology and discipline inspection and supervision,and a comprehensive understanding of digital discipline inspection and supervision research can be formed.According to scholars’understanding of digital technology and supervision,it can be found that there is still no consensus in the academic community on the connotation of digital discipline inspection and supervision.At present,the theoretical research on digital discipline inspection and supervision focuses on six aspects:operational logic,information asymmetry,facilities and talents,information and privacy,standards and interfaces,and contradictions between central and local practices.In fact,there is no systematic research system for digital discipline inspection and supervision.In the future,it is necessary to increase research efforts based on practice and highlight the characteristics of digital discipline inspection and supervision.
