Research on the Accurate Support of the Improvement of Rural Teacher Education Quality from the Perspective of Emotional Energy

情感能量视角下,实现乡村教师教育精准支持,对唤醒教师工作能动性、提升乡村教育整体质量、缩小城乡教育差距、推进乡村振兴战略实现等具有重要意义。本文主要从软件和硬件精准支持两大方面探析乡村教师教育质量提升路径,其中软件精准支持包括创设社会情感支持文化、培养家庭情感支持素养、塑造学生情感支持品质、增进教师情感支持技能,硬件精准支持包括保障制度落地、激活积极情感、配备宣泄设施。另外,还应注重发挥数字技术优势,推动乡村教师教育质量提升。

From the perspective of emotional energy,the precise support of rural teacher education is of great significance to awakening teachers work initiative,improving the overall quality of rural education,narrowing the gap between urban and rural education,and promoting the realization of rural revitalization strategy.This paper mainly analyzes the path of improving the quality of rural teachers education from two dimensions of accurate software support and hardware precision support.Accurate software support includes the creation of social emotional support culture,cultivating family emotional support literacy,shaping the quality of students emotional support,and enhancing teachers emotional support skills.Accurate hardware support includes ensuring the implementation of the system and injecting the emotional energy of rural teachers;activating the positive emotion and strengthening the emotional experience of rural teachers;and providing catharsis facilities to realize the activation and supply of emotional energy.In addition,we should also pay attention to the advantages of digital technology,and promote the precise support of improving the quality of rural teacher education in the direction of personalized,vivid and sharing.
