全方位光纤测温在丰满水电站的应用

摘要 丰满水电站首次在发电机组转子上使用光纤测温技术,实现水轮发电机组全方位光纤测温的实际应用。文章介绍了水轮发电机组常用的测温方式和光纤测温的优势,围绕丰满水电站发电机组光纤测温系统组成,介绍实际应用中各部件测点,分析安装使用过程中容易出现的问题和目前的使用效果,为日后水电站或抽水蓄能机组光纤测温技术应用起到借鉴作用。 Fengman Hydropower Station has implemented fiber optic temperature measurement technology on the generator rotor for the first time,achieving practical application of omnidirectional fiber optic temperature measurement for hydroelectric generating units.This paper introduces the commonly used temperature measurement methods for hydroelectric generating units and the advantages of fiber optic temperature measurement.It discusses the composition of the fiber optic temperature measurement system for the Fengman Hydropower Station’s generating units,detailing the measurement points of each component in practical applications.It also analyzes common issues encountered during installation and use,as well as the current performance,providing a reference for future application of fiber optic temperature measurement technology in hydropower stations or pumped storage units.
