摘要
为强化河流洪水监测预警和防汛调度决策,太原市开展了重点河道防汛特征水位分析研究工作。通过复核各河流各水位站基础资料,根据实测资料和无资料地区流域模型法计算各断面设计洪水成果;采用人工与航空摄影测量方法得到各断面实测成果;通过水力学计算确定各断面的水位流量关系。在此基础上结合各水位站所在河段工情分析研究特征水位。文章内容可为太原市及相似地区河流防汛抢险工作提供技术参考。
In order to enhance river flood monitoring,warning,and flood control decision-making,Taiyuan City has conducted research on the analysis of flood prevention characteristic water levels in key rivers.By reviewing basic data of various river sections and water level stations,flood design results for each section are calculated using measured data and basin modeling methods in areas without data.Both manual and aerial photogrammetry methods are employed to obtain measured results for each section.Hydraulic calculations are then utilized to determine the water level-flow relationship for each section.Based on this foundation,the characteristic water levels are analyzed and studied in conjunction with the construction situation of each river section where water level stations are located.The content of this paper can provide technical reference for flood prevention and emergency rescue work in Taiyuan City and similar areas.
