智慧校园背景下数据治理策略研究

Research on Data Governance Strategies under the Background of Smart Campuses

目前高校的信息化管理业务和服务系统不断扩展。为解决数据孤岛、系统间数据缺乏关联的问题,本文提出一个基于数字底座的数据治理研究方案。通过统一组织架构、开发平台、数据仓库和应用门户的规划和设计,利用信息化建设标准规范,形成业务系统与数据治理形成良性循环的模式,避免产生系统孤岛、数据孤岛。该方案符合智慧校园建设核心理念,有助于数据治理水平的提升。

At present,the information management business and service systems of universities are constantly expanding.In order to solve the problems of data silos and lack of correlation between systems,this article proposes a data governance research scheme based on digital bases.By planning and designing a unified organizational structure,development platform,data warehouse,and application portal,and utilizing information construction standards and specifications,a virtuous cycle is formed between business systems and data governance to avoid system and data silos.This plan conforms to the core concept of smart campus construction and helps to improve the level of data governance.
