摘要
玛湖深层砂砾岩储层埋藏深、非均质性强,压裂面临起裂困难、施工易超压、裂缝复杂程度低等难题。为实现玛湖深层砂砾岩储层规模化开发,探索整体压裂技术在深层砂砾岩储层的适用性,开展了平台立体井网整体压裂矿场试验研究。文中利用有限元方法和地质工程一体化平台,优化簇间距和井间距,实现空间应力场的主动利用;重点分析了压裂施工过程中的压力响应规律及泡酸、段塞打磨对压裂施工的影响。研究表明:四井平台簇间距15~25 m、井间距300 m时可确保段内多裂缝均匀扩展,实现空间应力场主动利用;四井平台整体压裂施工难度沿水平轨迹呈降阶式规律分布,跟端提排量较容易、压裂改造难度小,而靠近趾端难度较大;发生钻井液漏失的区域,压裂难度明显增大;四井泡酸处理后可显著降低施工压力25 MPa左右,且连续送酸较停泵送酸工艺可平均节约单段施工时长83.7 min;采用40/70目石英砂进行2~3个段塞打磨,压力下降明显,呈现磨蚀压降特征。
The deep sandy conglomerate reservoir in Mahu has deep burial depth and strong heterogeneity,so fracturing is faced with difficulties in fracture initiation,easy overpressure in construction and low fracture complexity.In order to realize the large-scale development of Mahu deep sandy conglomerate reservoir and explore the applicability of integral fracturing technology in deep sandy conglomerate reservoir,an integral fracturing field test study of platform three-dimensional well pattern was carried out.By using finite element method and geoengineering integrated platform,cluster spacing and well spacing are optimized to realize active utilization of spatial stress field.The pressure response law and the influence of acid soaking and slug grinding on fracturing construction are analyzed.The research shows that the cluster spacing of 15-25 m and the well spacing of 300 m of the four-well platform can ensure that the uniform propagation of multiple fractures and the active utilization of the spatial stress field can be realized.The construction difficulty of the four-well platform overall fracturing is distributed in a descending pattern along the horizontal trajectory.It is easier to raise the displacement in the heel section,the fracturing stimulation is less difficult and the difficulty near the toe section is larger.In areas where drilling fluid loss occurs,the difficulty of fracturing is significantly increased.The four wells can significantly reduce the construction pressure by about 25 MPa after the acid soaking treatment,and the average construction time of a single stage can besaved by 83.7 min by continuous acid feeding compared with stopping the acid pumping proces.4070 mesh quartz is used to grind2-3 slug and the pressure drop isobrious,showingthe characteristics of erosion pressure drop.
