摘要
在调控一体化的大背景下,面对海量的大电网调控需求,调控人员需要及时、准确地对事件的优先级排序,判定故障类型并提出解决方案。为解决多事件并发给调控人员带来的工作压力,基于本体理论与方法,结合电网调度规程规定构建了电网调控本体知识库,并给出了基于本体的电网调控知识库推理查询方案,与传统的电子文档查询方案比较,该本体知识库提供了简洁、智能的信息搜索与查询方案,为查找资料、校核信息等工作提供了便利。
In the context of integrated regulation and control,facing the massive demand for large-scale power grid regulation,regulatory personnel need to timely and accurately prioritize events,determine fault types and propose solutions.To address the work pressure caused by concurrent multi-events for control personnel,an ontology-based knowledge base for grid regulation has been constructed using ontology theory and methods,in conjunction with grid dispatching regulations.Additionally,an ontology-based reasoning and querying scheme for the grid regulation knowledge base is proposed.Compared to traditional electronic document querying schemes,this ontology-based knowledge base offers a concise and intelligent approach to information search and querying,facilitating tasks such as find information and check information.
